At Niteingales Pet Services, animals have always been at the heart of everything we do.

Founders Gail and Rob have spent their lives caring for and working alongside animals. Gail began training dogs at just seven years old, turning a lifelong passion into a highly successful dog training business that ran for over 20 years. Her experience, knowledge and calm approach have helped countless dogs and owners build happy, confident relationships.

Rob has always worked with animals and is known for his kind, caring and compassionate nature. His experience ranges from looking after large farms while owners were away to caring for his own much-loved mini zoo. Whatever the animal, Rob takes pride in ensuring they feel safe, settled and well cared for.

As a husband-and-wife team, Gail and Rob have also run home boarding, offering a true home-from-home experience where every pet was treated as part of the family.

Together, they have built Niteingales Pet Services on trust, experience and genuine love for animals. Every pet in their care is treated as if it were their own – because to them, that’s exactly how it should be at Niteingales Pet Services, animals have always been at the heart of everything we do.

The grooming Pod and snack shack are located in a quiet road in the lovely moorland village of Pensilva. There's a free public carpark just a short walk from the Pod. Whilst you are waiting for your dog to be groomed, why not try out the local farm shop cafe or go for a stroll and take in the beautiful scenery. Don't forget to treat your dog to some lovely natural treats too.
